Processing Time:
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible! All orders are processed and shipped within 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) of being placed.
We always aim to ship orders on the same or next working day whenever possible.
UK Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
We offer tracked shipping for all orders delivered within the UK, giving you peace of mind and the ability to monitor your delivery.

Lost or Damaged Orders:

RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date.
Eligibility & Condition
Items must be returned unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and free of all contaminants (hair, strong odors, etc.). Items returned used, or those marked as Final Sale, will be rejected.
How to Start a Return
Email Us: Send your return request, including your Order # and reason, to [Your Customer Service Email Address].
Authorisation
We will reply within 1-2 business days with a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and mailing instructions. Do not ship your return before receiving the RA#.
Shipping & Refunds
• Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Ship your return, with the RA# clearly visible, to the address provided in our authorization email.
• Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges & Defective Items
• Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item at any time.
• Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) for a free replacement or refund.
